Maturation in old French oak barriques for three months. Pale gold with green edges. Lifted aromas of nashi pear, white peach and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and fleshy with ripe pear, grapefruit, citrus and a gentle textural aniseed grip that gives it real life. Crunchy palate with clean acidity keeps it lively through a long finish.
