Brut style. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees for 12 months. Pale straw with fine, persistent bubbles. Bright aromas of pear, citrus blossom and a touch of red apple skin. The palate is crisp, creamy and refreshing, carrying juicy stone fruit, lemon zest, apple, melon and quince. A clean, dry finish with a gentle creamy texture from the lees ageing. Light, elegant and perfectly balanced. Very well done.
