Get Your Wines Reviewed

Submit your request.

Fill in the online form with your details, the wines you’d like reviewed.

If you have more than one wine to submit, please email me directly with the wine details and bottle images to russ@russconsulting.com.au

Send your wines.

Ship 1 bottle of each wine to our tasting address: PO Box 576 Kapunda SA 5373. Freight is at your cost.

Submit two bottles if under cork or tank samples. Each wine should be clearly labelled with the wine name, vintage, variety/blend, region and RRP.

When you have posted your wines, please also send tracking number.

Payment.

You’ll receive an invoice and payment details based on your submission. Payment terms are 5 days from invoice.

The Vino Masters process is that an invoice is issued prior to the release of reviews. This ensures consistency across all producers and projects. 

Reviews are completed independently and are not contingent on payment, however publication and release are subject to the account being settled.

Reviews are released promptly once the invoice has been settled.

Review & turnaround.

Wines are reviewed within 14 days of arrival. Each review includes tasting notes and a star rating.

Results delivered.

You’ll receive your review by email. Reviews also appear on the Vino Masters website when you submit four or more wines.

Pricing tiers.

  • 1 - 2 wines: $65 per wine

  • 3 - 5 wines: $55 per wine

  • 6 - 10 wines: $50 per wine

  • 11+ wines : $48 per wine
