85% Pinot Gris / 15% Chardonnay. Pear, citrus and white peach lead the way, with plenty of freshness and a nice bit of flesh through the middle. The Pinot Gris gives it juicy stone-fruit flavour, while the Chardonnay adds a little creaminess and weight. There’s a subtle salty edge on the finish that suits the name nicely. Easy to drink and very moreish.
