Gin Gin Clone. Wild fermentation, whole-bunch pressed to new and one-year-old French oak barriques for nine months, with natural partial malolactic fermentation. Pale gold. Elegant aromas of white peach, citrus and subtle toasted hazelnut. The palate is finely textured carrying stone fruit, lemon curd, flint and a touch of ginger over a creamy mid-palate. Bright natural acidity and well-integrated toasty oak keep everything refined and long. Classically Margaret River in style with meticulous viticulture and winemaking.
