Bright ruby with youthful crimson hues. Aromas of wild strawberry, Morello cherry and redcurrant are complemented by rose petal, dried thyme and gum nuts. Eight months in oak has added gentle complexity while allowing the purity of cool-climate fruit to remain the defining feature.

The palate reveals layers of red cherry, cranberry and raspberry supported by silky tannins and refreshing natural acidity. Delicate notes of forest floor, clove and savoury spice emerge through the mid-palate, leading to a persistent finish that is bright, elegant and finely balanced.
