Handpicked off vines over 40 years old, about 20 per cent whole bunch, lightly filtered. Bright crimson. Redcurrant, raspberry and red cherry, then fennel, dried herbs and a little savoury spice.

Medium-bodied and vibrant. Juicy red fruit, morello cherry, cool herbs on fine, dry tannin and bright acid. Savoury herbal notes through the middle, a gentle earthiness on the finish. Fresh and persistent. Blewitt Springs doing what it does: lifted, savoury Grenache.
