Developed, not tired. White peach and nectarine, dried fig underneath, acid still pronounced and a fine mineral line. Rounded, slightly viscous, rich without going heavy. Long honeyed finish of stone fruit and beeswax. Chill it and take it to the next beach party. Or Coopers beer-battered fish and chips, with lemon.
