The nose is rich and deeply expressive, opening with concentrated blackberry, cassis and dark cherry layered with dark chocolate, cedar, savoury spice and subtle leather.

On the palate this is full-bodied and beautifully structured. Dense dark fruit drives the core before fine, polished tannins shape the wine through a powerful yet composed frame. Layers of blackberry, mocha, spice and savoury earth build through the mid-palate with exceptional depth and persistence. The finish is long, refined and intensely flavoured.
