Deep and confidently varietal, opening with cassis, blackberry and cedar, graphite and subtle dried herb complexity. The palate is medium to full-bodied with polished tannins shaping a long and focused frame. Dense black fruit drives the entry before cocoa, savoury spice and subtle oak complexity emerge through the mid-palate with excellent persistence. The finish is refined and beautifully balanced with lingering cassis and earthy complexity.
