The nose is fragrant and classic Margaret River, displaying intense cassis, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit layered with subtle mint, bay leaf, cedar and savoury spice.

On the palate this is refined and beautifully balanced. Pure blackcurrant and dark berry fruit sits at the core, supported by fine-grained tannins, refreshing acidity and well-integrated oak. It shows excellent structure and flow, with savoury undertones and a long, elegant finish that lingers with cassis, dark chocolate and mineral notes.

A very impressive Cabernet Sauvignon that delivers regional typicity, balance and drinkability well above its price point. The “Wild Garden” offers serious value for Organic Margaret River Cabernet.
