Riesling has long been one of Coonawarra’s hidden gems. Warm summer days combined with cool nights preserve freshness and varietal definition, delivering the floral and citrus characters for which the region’s Rieslings are known.

Pale straw in colour with a green flicker. The aromatics are bright and lifted, with lime cordial, fresh grass and subtle floral notes.

The palate is tight, crisp and zippy, driven by crunchy green apple and lime fruit. Pronounced acidity provides energy and length, flowing into lime citrus and steely minerality on a clean, bone-dry finish.
