Sourced from Stone Well, Bethany, Halletts Valley and Eden Valley, this is a wild yeast fermented Shiraz incorporating 4% whole bunch, bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Brilliant, super-bright crimson purple in the glass. Richly red-fruited and wonderfully expressive, with vibrant cherry and plum joined by earthy beetroot and subtle savoury complexity. The palate is fresh and energetic, framed by fine, crunchy tannins and a distinctive mineral character that drives through to a long, vibrant finish.

Modern, moreish and beautifully crafted, with purity, brightness and impressive balance. An utterly delightful contemporary expression of Barossa Shiraz.
