The Reserve is the best parcel from the estate’s four Riesling blocks. Block 7 has been the standout for the fifth year running.

Pale straw, with lifted floral and citrus aromatics. Rose petal, jasmine and white blossom sit alongside lemon, lime and subtle tropical notes.

Dry, precise and tightly structured. Lemon and lime fruit carried by a firm line of steely acidity. Excellent purity through the middle, with lemon curd, sherbet and mineral adding texture. Unoaked, 11.6% alcohol. The finish is long, crisp and mouth-watering, the acidity giving drive and persistence.
