Medium-bodied and textured. Crisp citrus and stone fruit on bright acid, a fine mineral line. Wild ferment and lees give softness and depth, the unfiltered style a light crunch. Fresh, clean, persistent finish of citrus, pear and savoury nuance. Try with mushroom and saffron risotto.
