Pale straw. Citrus, green apple, pear and white flower, then a herbal and mineral flick.

Medium to full-bodied and fresh. Bright lemon and orchard fruit, then ripe peach and grapefruit. Textural, full-flavoured, crisp acid, a fine chew. Clean, vibrant finish. The flavours live on forever.
