Bright straw. White peach, ripe melon and citrus, then brioche, cashew and a floral lift.

Medium to full and textural. Generous peachy stone fruit and cream, fresh acid keeping it alive. Wild yeast and barrel ferment add savoury depth, full solids a rich, layered feel. Long finish of citrus, peach and quiet oak.
