Medium to full and deeply textured. Concentrated dark fruit on fine, chalky tannin, bright acid underneath. Textured.

Wild ferment and whole bunch bring extra spice and savoury bite. Old French oak sits under the fruit. Long finish of dark berries, pepper and earthy spice.
