Super-deep crimson with a purple core. Blackberry, dark plum and black cherry, then pepper, liquorice, violet and savoury spice.

Full and concentrated. Plush dark fruit on fine tannin, lively acid. Wild ferment and small-batch handling add depth. Quiet oak for spice and savoury detail. Long finish of dark fruit and pepper.
