Rosa Brook fruit. Rustic, a little European.

Bold and seductive.

Deep crimson with a purple core. Red fruit, earth, plum and spice, then blackberry, dark cherry, black pepper and liquorice.

Medium to full and finely structured. Concentrated dark fruit, bright acid, firm polished tannin. Old oak, unfined and unfiltered, giving a smoky, textural edge I have not seen from Margaret River before. Long finish of dark berries, pepper and savoury spice.
