Aramis Classic Shiraz 2023, McLaren Vale

Aramis Classic Shiraz 2023, McLaren Vale

Thirty-five dollars and it already feels like a win. Ripe Vale fruit, no fuss, plenty of drink. Deep purple.Blackberry and plum jump first, then chocolate, liquorice, toasted spice and a bit of earth. Juicy andgenerous. Dark fruit fills the mouth with a flicker of smoky oak. Tannin stays polite, oak stays in the background. Smooth weeknight steak wine.

Vino Masters Score: 94/100 ★★★★★ Ripe, chocolate and cracking value
