Deep, opaque crimson with a youthful purple core. Blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, then dark chocolate and a hint of cedar.Concentrated and strong through the middle. Dense dark fruit rides on fine, polished tannin and French oak that intertwines. Blackberry, mocha, cocoa and savoury spice keep rolling, with enough savoury tones underneath keeping the wine fresh. It’s a long finish with red berry flavour and spice right to the end. 2021 was a cracking vintage!
