Hand-picked and hand-sorted. 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 8% Malbec. Aged 19 months in 40% new French oak. Alcohol 13.5%.

Mid to dark ruby red with bright crimson hues. Black forest chocolate, dark cherry, cocoa powder, bay leaf, mulberry, forest earth and pencil shavings.

More full-bodied this vintage. Juicy and concentrated blackcurrant flavours with chocolate, chewy tannins, good balance and elegant acidity. Bright and fresh, with lashings of strawberry jam and a hint of mocha. Juiciness and flavour-packed, with a hint of herb on the finish and long savoury tannins. Mouth-wateringly good. This style is an Australian icon of Margaret River.
