A favourite of ours for a while. Known new kid on the block, this wine has kudos. Alcohol 11%.

Pale straw with bright green reflections. Freshly squeezed lemon, lime zest and grapefruit, with white flowers and a sea-breeze character. Subtle green apple and fresh herbs. Vibrancy and a refreshing mineral edge.

Crisp, light-bodied and energetic. Lemon and grapefruit, with a subtle saline character that adds tension and length. Bright acidity keeps it focused. Delicate orchard fruit gives just enough generosity. Clean, slight honeysuckle and mouth-watering finish of citrus zest and minerality. Alive with oysters and shellfish.
