Cooper Burns Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Barossa Valley

Cooper Burns Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Barossa Valley

Deep garnet with a dark core. The aroma is filled with dark berries, blackcurrant, plum and crushed herbs, supported by layers of seasoned French oak and a touch of dark chocolate.

On the palate it is full-bodied and packed with texture and flavour. Dark fruit floods the mid-palate, supported by firm but ripe tannins that give the wine real grip and presence. Open fermentation and basket pressing have clearly contributed to the wine’s density and mouthfeel, while the seasoned French oak adds spice and structure. The finish is long, chewy and satisfying.

Vino Masters Score: 95/100

★★★★★ A powerful and textural Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon that delivers serious depth and flavour with real conviction.
