Supple tannins provide gentle structure without grip or dustiness, while bright acidity keeps the wine super fresh and energetic. Subtle spice and a light savoury note build through the finish, adding interest without covering the fruit. Long and persistent, leaving raspberry, red cherry and boot leather.
