Deep crimson with a dark purple core. Rich and classically Cabernet. Blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe plum, with cedar, dried herbs, dark chocolate and mocha. 

Full-bodied with concentrated dark currant fruit sitting over firm, finely grained tannins. Plenty of weight through the middle. Balanced acidity brings freshness and holds the richness. Cedar, savoury oak, dark chocolate and spice build through the palate into a long, dry and persistent finish. A powerful, mature Cabernet. Barossa richness with Clare structure and definition. Depth here, with enough tannin and freshness to keep developing.
