The palate is delightful and beautifully composed, delivering melon and tropical notes alongside fresh lemon, grapefruit and a buttery richness. Oak is seamlessly intertwined, adding depth and texture while crisp acidity keeps the wine fresh and precise through the finish.

Wine making notes: Crafted from four parcels of premium Chardonnay, grown in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, then fermented wild in French oak (39% new). The wine received zero bâtonnage and eleven months on lees in barrel before bottling in February 2023.
