Pale rose gold with a pink hue. Provincial in style all the way. Strawberry and musk on the nose.

Cane-pruned with foliage lift wires, then 18 days of fermentation. Alcohol 12.5%. Dry and savoury on the palate, with elegant spice straight up. It opens into watermelon, cranberry, dark plum and rhubarb, bright rather than sweet, still dry and savoury. The finish is long and mouth-watering, with a slatey mineral line. A refined Barossa Grenache rosé.
