Bright pale gold with a fine, persistent bead.

The aromatics have impressive maturity and complexity, almost reminiscent of a vintage Champagne, with white flowers, orchard fruits, citrus and subtle toasted biscuit notes.

The palate has extraordinary flavour and depth. Fresh apple, white peach and citrus flow through a creamy, fine mousse, while brioche, toast and mineral characters add complexity and dimension. There is excellent richness through the middle, yet the wine remains fresh, energetic and beautifully balanced.

The finish is long, refined and persistent, with citrus, orchard fruit, toast and minerality lingering effortlessly.

A seriously impressive non-vintage Champagne with the complexity, flavour and presence of something far more mature.
