100% Chardonnay, 13.0% Alc/Vol

Bright yellow-gold with a faint green edge. The aromatics are ripe and complex, showing peach, pear and nectarine with white flowers, roasted hazelnut, gentle spice and subtle minerality.

The palate is rich and rounded, with ripe orchard fruits, juicy peach and a creamy, textural feel. Old-vine concentration gives the wine impressive depth through the middle, while fine acidity and crushed-stone minerality keep it fresh and energetic.

A touch of toast and spice from barrel maturation adds another layer without overwhelming the fruit. The wine is sourced from vines up to 85 years old, grown on clay-limestone soils, and matured on lees in barrel.

Long and persistent through the finish, with peach, pear, citrus, spice and a gentle savoury character lingering.
