Deep crimson with a purple core. Red cherry, raspberry, plum and dark cherry, then black pepper, liquorice, chocolate and savoury spice. Full and generous. Concentrated fruit on fine tannin, balanced acid. Gentle oak for warmth and depth, fruit still in front. Long finish of cherry, plum, pepper and mocha.
