Full-bodied and generously textured. Concentrated dark fruit fills the mouth, fine tannin giving shape, acid keeping it honest. Bold oak adds savoury spice and depth without covering the fruit. Mocha and pepper build through the middle. Long finish of dark berry, spice and chocolate. Open it with lamb.
