Energetic and vibrant. Red berry, strawberry, plum, cherry and rhubarb, a fine slatey mineral line running through. Brightness and movement. Juicy.

Long finish, darker fruit push forward at the end with a gentle savoury edge. Scrumptious. Moreish. Yum.
