Deep inky-purple with a vibrant crimson rim, showing excellent concentration and youthful vibrancy. The nose is lifted and powerful, bursting with blackcurrant, dark plum, blackberry and boysenberry fruit, layered with five-spice, violet, chocolate, liquorice and subtle toasty oak. On the palate this is a rich, full-bodied and textured Shiraz. Generous dark berried fruits sit at the core, interwoven with espresso, savoury spice, cured meat and fine, grainy tannins that provide serious structure and length.
