Deep ruby with vibrant crimson hues. The nose is dark and savoury, opening with black cherry, plum and blackberry layered with dried herbs, spice and earthy complexity.

On the palate this is medium-bodied with excellent texture and flow. Juicy cherries and dark berry fruit lead, followed by soft liquorice and fine, bullet-like tannins that build into rich, velvety layers on the finish. Despite being five years old, the wine shows amazing freshness, with bright acidity keeping everything lively and energetic.
