Deep inky-purple with a vibrant crimson rim, showing excellent concentration. The nose is bursting with blackberry, dark plum and liquorice layered with dark chocolate. On the palate this is a full-bodied and generous Shiraz with great texture and solid tannins. Plush dark berry and red fruit sit at the core, interwoven with mocha, cracked pepper and savoury complexity. The palate shows lovely highs and lows moving from rich, opulent fruit to more savoury, spicy layers.
