Sourced from Cornelian Bay on the Derwent River, an area with a strong family connection for Corryton Burge, where Helen Burge grew up.

Bright and expressive, with pure, crunchy red fruits leading the way. Morello cherry sits at the centre, joined by fresh red berries, delicate spice and an intriguing exotic character. The palate is fruit-forward and beautifully composed, with no obvious oak influence and none of the savoury, green or stalky characters sometimes associated with Pinot Noir.

Rustic yet finely textured red-fruited tannins provide shape and length, while the fruit remains wonderfully pure, elegant and energetic. Soft spice builds through the finish, complementing the Morello cherry and giving the wine excellent persistence. A distinctive, beautifully handled Tasmanian Pinot Noir that lets the fruit speak for itself.
