Rustic redcurrant fruit and savoury tannins, with earthy minerality adding depth. Seven years on, and there is still energy and shape through the middle. Tight and composed, not tired. The finish is rustic and savoury, red fruits, earth and firm tannin carrying through. Alcohol 13.4%.

A mature Eden Valley Cabernet with plenty of life left. Developed aromatics, structure, and a savoury, earthy finish.
