A lick of ironstone. Liquorice and earth underneath.

Full and commanding. Dense dark fruit, chocolate and coffee on firm, fine tannin. Plush and velvety through the middle, spice and savoury notes building. Fresh enough to hold the richness in check. Oak provides soft nuances of char, cedar, mocha.
