The flagship. Deep purple with a dense crimson core. Intense blackberry, black plum and blueberry, then dark chocolate, liquorice, cedar and cracked pepper.

Full, rich and powerful. Concentrated dark fruit, firm but polished tannin, fresh acid. Fine-grained French oak brings mocha, spice and savoury depth, woven through the fruit rather than sitting on it. Exceptionally long finish. Dark berry, chocolate and spice run well past the last sip. Drinking now and/or cellar to 2036.
