Deep crimson with youthful purple hues. The nose is expressive with dark plum, blackberry and blueberry alongside cracked pepper and subtle savoury spice. The palate is fuller and more savoury than the 2020, with concentrated dark fruit framed by firmer, fine-grained tannins. French oak is seamlessly integrated, providing subtle toast and spice while allowing the fruit to remain dominant. The finish is long with a fruit sweet mid palate providing excellent freshness and structure.
