Dedicated to bush nurses, The Matron opens bright pale straw with brilliant silver-green hues. Aromas of white peach, ripe nectarine and grapefruit lift cleanly, with a gentle hint of brioche.

The palate is medium-bodied and concentrated, carrying pure stone-fruit flavours over a creamy texture and vibrant citrus acidity. It builds with nectarine, peach and a touch of toasted almond, supported by a fine mineral backbone that carries the wine through to a long, balanced finish. Refined, pure and elegant.
