Pale golden with the slightest orange hue. Fresh and lively on the palate, it somehow manages to conjure the feeling of ancient gum trees and the rolling Adelaide Hills in spring; birds chirping, bees buzzing. Zesty pear, green apple and peach flavours sit over taut acidity, while a lovely texture keeps everything in check. If this landed on the table in a restaurant it wouldn’t last long.
