From 1.6 hectares on a north-facing Eden Valley slope. This is Shiraz with lift, perfume and no need to shout.

Bright, deep colour. Red and dark berries, a run of blueberry, then violet, spice and a distinct thread of minerality. Lovely purity. The fruit feels almost airy, carried on fine, silky tannin and fresh acid. Savoury detail underneath, structure without heaviness, finish clean and long. Fragrant, focused, and very much its own wine.
