Clean, fresh Chardonnay fruit. Delectable, honest, and actually smashable, which is rare for a Chardonnay. Slight butteriness on the finish.

Bright straw. Peach, melon and citrus, then a little cream.

Medium-bodied and softly textured. Ripe stone fruit and citrus, fresh acid, peach and lemon hanging on. Just perfect at The Victory Hotel with the Coopers beer-battered whiting, chips and salad.
