Single vineyard, small batch, 12.5%. Hand-picked, soft-pressed, wild ferment, time on lees.

Pale straw. Lemon, green apple and pear, then white floral, a herbal flick and a mineral edge. Light to medium-bodied and vibrant. Crisp citrus and fresh pear on bright acid, fine textural pith. Clean through the middle, long finish of citrus and mineral.

Serve with sardines on crusty burnt bread, rubbed with olive oil and garlic.
