Grown organically under the shade of the big red gums along Wirra Creek. Fresh, crunchy, textural.

Pale lemon. Citrus, pear, white peach and a delicate floral lift.

Light to medium-bodied and vibrant. Fresh lemon, mandarin peel and stone fruit, crisp acid, a fine textural crunch. Clean, refreshing, excellent length.
