Soul Growers Roennfeldt Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2024, Barossa Valley

Deep crimson in colour, this single vineyard Cabernet from the western reaches of the Barossa shows impressive concentration and presence.

The nose is layered with cassis, blackcurrant and mulberry at the core, supported by bay leaf, cedar and graphite. It has that distinctive Barossa signature with rich, dark fruit with a savoury, earthy edge that reflects the red loamy soils of the vineyard.

On the palate dense black fruits run through the middle, supported by firm tannins that give the wine real structure . Dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and dried herbs build through the palate, adding savoury depth alongside well-integrated French oak. The wine has excellent drive and persistence, finishing long with clear signs it will age beautifully for well over a decade.
