The nose is fragrant and complex, displaying elegant white peach, nectarine and fresh citrus zest complemented by subtle toasted hazelnut, almond meal and a distinctive wet-stone minerality.

On the palate this is refined and beautifully balanced. Pure stone fruit flavours combine with creamy texture and fine, precise acidity and richness that provides excellent tension and drive. Layers of grapefruit, lemon curd and toasted oak unfold through the mid-palate, leading to a long, clean and energetic finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes.
